The Most Unassuming Sector Just Exploded Higher

A little-known corner of the market is absolutely exploding right now.

This sector is usually lazy. Warren Buffet said he would never touch it because it’s an unproductive asset.

Last week was wild. But on Monday it got even hotter.

It’s not AI … It’s not crypto … It’s not even a niche energy sector like nuclear …

It’s precious metals.

Gold and silver have gone parabolic.

The iShares Silver Trust (NYSE: SLV) just ripped to another new high as verbal sparring and threats of subpoenas fly between President Trump and Jerome Powell.

Traders continue to run to the safety of hard assets amid swirling global catalysts.

And it poses another trading opportunity for us.

This sustained volatility can last for days as it feeds on itself. And for traders who know how to ride short-term momentum, we couldn’t ask for better setups.

I just alerted another trade on Monday morning, and the momentum isn’t done yet.

The Silver Surfer

I might change my name …

The Silver Surfer.

Because the volatility from iShares Silver Trust (NYSE: SLV) is incredible. And we’re riding these waves back-to-back.

I even had a photo done up:

All jokes aside, this chart is amazing.

Every candle represents one trading day:

I thought the breakout on January 6 was nuts.

And before that, I thought the breakout on December 26 was even nuttier.

In my opinion, there’s no way this bullish momentum continues.

After each of the last few spikes, the price drops lower for a few days. That’s an understandable pullback after an outsized bull spike. And we can capitalize on that momentum as long as SLV continues this volatility.

I’m looking to buy Put contracts into any of these big spikes.

Make sure to respect your stop out level if this asset continues to surge. Remember, we can always get back in.

So much of this volatility is up for grabs right now. Don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll regret it a few months down the line when the momentum shifts.

Stay Street Smart,
Jeff Zananiri
