Anthropic just filed to go public.
It’s the most anticipated IPO of the year, and it’s the hottest story in the market.
I expect significant trade opportunities before and after the IPO.
You only have a few weeks to capitalize on the biggest name in AI… Don’t miss it.

SPCX was the most exciting IPO of 2026, but that was a few months ago.
If you thought the SPCX IPO was big, take a look at these numbers…
Anthropic generated $16.3 billion in revenue in the first half of 2026. That’s more than triple the $4.6 billion it made in all of 2025. And it almost matches SpaceX’s $18.7 billion full-year 2025 revenue, in half the time.
One of the brightest spots in the recent filing: Anthropic posted its first operating profit, $974 million, in the second quarter.
But the spending is just as shocking.
Anthropic poured about $9 billion into AI infrastructure in six months. And it’s committed to roughly $450 billion in cloud computing deals with major investors like Amazon and Google.
We don’t know the exact day of the IPO yet… but we know the week. And as it gets closer, I expect AI stocks to grow more volatile.
We can trade that volatility for huge gains.
What the Filing Tells Us (and What It Doesn’t)
Anthropic will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker “ANT.”
But the most important numbers are still missing. The filing doesn’t name a price range, a share count, or how much the company plans to raise. Every valuation we’ve seen so far comes from press reports.
Here’s what those reports say…
According to Bloomberg, marketing kicks off November 9, with a listing targeted for the week of November 16, just before Thanksgiving. But nothing is locked in, and the date has already moved once.
The raise could land around $100 billion at a valuation between $1.5 trillion and $2 trillion. That would make SpaceX’s record $75 billion look like small potatoes.
As recently as May, Anthropic was valued at $965 billion.
Plus, the reported $80.7 billion net loss… About $72.4 billion of it is a non-cash accounting charge. As Anthropic’s valuation climbed, so did the value of its convertible notes. It’s a side effect of success, not money out the door.
Still, there are risks:
- Just two unnamed customers account for roughly a fifth of the company’s revenue.
- Anthropic owes hundreds of billions in compute commitments to Amazon and Google. Both companies are major investors.
- The company is fighting a Pentagon supply chain risk designation in court, though relations with the White House have reportedly improved.
Here’s why this matters beyond Anthropic…
Wall Street has never priced a frontier AI lab before. A hot debut could lift AI stocks across the board. A flop could drag the whole sector down.
And the timing is especially delicate. Tech stocks are in a multi-day slide as sticky inflation and the threat of higher rates rattle valuations.
The tech-heavy QQQ recently sank lower after hitting new all-time highs a few weeks ago. This is where we stand now:

My #1 AI Stock
Traditionally, it takes a few weeks for the market to offer options contracts for IPOs.
As a result, I probably won’t trade the initial volatility on ANT.
But I’m not upset about that. There will be multiple opportunities to capitalize on the Anthropic volatility from other AI-related stocks.
My top watch right now is Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ: META).

The company just announced a $95 billion stock offering to fund an AI expansion.
The stock offering is a bearish catalyst, but the new shares will arrive slowly.
Initial sales of preferred stock will convert into common shares later, and the $60 billion common stock program sells shares a little at a time starting in 2027.
Also, there’s real demand. Nvidia, AMD, and Broadcom showed interest in buying up to $5 billion in shares.
With the catalyst’s effects still a few months out, I’m interested in short-term call contracts on META.
Another look at the chart shows that the price is running into key levels on the 50-, 100-, and 200-day moving averages after falling drastically from 52-week highs.

We could see a short-term bounce from this level.
I’m interested in the $645 calls expiring Nov 2, 2026.
Keep an especially close eye on the AI sector as we approach the Anthropic IPO and in the days following.
When a catalyst this big hits the market, it inspires sectorwide volatility.
We can use that volatility to trade.
Stay Street Smart,
Jeff Zananiri
